In Table Stories I explore the silent relationships that unfold around a table.
Everyday objects take on roles, speaking of gestures, emotions, and memories.
Each image becomes a small story, a ritual of human presence and absence.

Our lives unfold around a table.
It is where the essential and the everyday take place: meals, conversations, decisions, celebrations, farewells, the small and large rituals of human existence. The table becomes a place of gathering, of memory, of relationships. The photographs in this series, all taken on a table, emerge from simple compositions of objects — mostly food — removed from their utilitarian function and given a new, almost symbolic role.
Strict lines, symmetry, and a minimalist approach allow the image to breathe, to reveal underlying connections, to suggest emotions. Within this simplicity, the objects transform: they gain weight, they speak of the intimacy and fragility of daily life. Reflections act as a second layer of reality, as a psychological echo. Each image is a small story.
Personal, interpersonal, sometimes collective, a story of people who met around a table, who shared a moment, a thought, a presence. Table Stories is a portrait of human life, seen through the simple things that keep us connected.
